Development of research plans and programs; theoretical comprehension, analysis and synthesis of scientific data; organizing and planning for conducting research; implementation of scientific results and science-based products; scientific leadership / supervision of research groups or(and) developers of practical techniques and recommendations.

Development of teaching/learning materials and course plans; delivery of educational sessions; monitoring the ouality of teaching and learning; supervising of research and applied students' projects.

Leading an academic mentor seminar in the Positive Psychology master's degree program.
