Course Syllabus

Abstract

The goal of the program is to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills, as well as to improve the skills of students and prepare them for subsequent practical work on highly effective management, changing business processes through digital transformation. The study of the discipline should ensure the improvement of managerial competencies, consisting of the ability to develop a roadmap for the digitalization of an enterprise (types of business), the formation of skills for introducing technological innovations, the development of tools for transforming the company's main business processes, taking into account modern challenges of the digital economy.

  • • be able to put into practice the acquired knowledge about the main models of organization and functioning of the company's digital transformation system. Be able to describe and support a company's digital transformation project, develop your brand in all digital channels, evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing, use digital sales channels, use digital technologies in the process of creating services, evaluate the profitability of digital products, apply digital skills for transformation, create a digital infrastructure for interactions.
  • • have the skills necessary for a digital leader 4.0 (communication synergy, digital thinking skills, cognitive flexibility, implementation of change, teamwork, digital skills development).
  • • master the technique of applying the main digital technologies for the transformation of business processes.
